Mr. Khan was enrolled with the Bar Council of India in the year 2002. He has over 24 years of experience and has handled matters and appeared before various forums, including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts of Delhi High Courts of Punjab & Haryana, Madhya Pradesh High Court, Patna High Court, Mumbai High Court, High Courts of Andhra Pradesh, Special Courts such as CBI Courts, Magistrate’s & Sessions Courts, District Consumer Forums, State Consumer Commission, Medical Council and various other quasi-judicial authorities. He specializes in Criminal Matters and High end civil litigation and procedures thereof, Contract Law and IPR matters Civil Courts.

Mr. Khan is also an experienced and seasoned criminal trial attorney and has extensive experience in criminal law. After graduating from Campus Law Centre Delhi University, he began his career as an assistant attorney under the tutelage of Senior CBI Legal Advisor Sh. K.N.Sharma (Retired Legal Advisor for CBI) and during his years as an attorney, Mr. Khan has successfully handled over 10,000+ criminal Case including economic offence and IPR infringement I passing off related cases and is a known name in the circuit of few selected lawyers who have appeared before and have a known standing before every bench of High Court at Delhi and has also appeared in CBI Matters in several renowned cases like ‘CBI Vs Chandra Swami’ wherein the then Ex-Prime Minister Sh. P. V. Narsimha Rao was also an accused, beside in Dropsy case, BHEL Matter etc. He has acted for and advised many reputed entities including Societe Generate, Nokia, Nokia Siemens, Geopetrol, Volvo, Chupa Chups etc. His other clients have included medical doctors, attorneys, police detectives, corporate executives, business owners, bank managers, celebrities and the general working person.
